Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with the new ChatGPT desktop app for macOS.
Version: 26.707.72221 (Powered by Codex & OWL)
My chat history is not displayed in the left sidebar, even though:
All of my conversations are present on the web version of ChatGPT.
I am logged into the same account on both the web and desktop app.
I can find and open all of my previous conversations using the Search function in the desktop app.
Once opened, the conversations work normally.
I have already tried the following without success:
Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the ChatGPT app.
Removing all caches, preferences, Application Support files, and related OpenAI files.
Restarting my Mac.
Signing out and signing back into the correct account.
The issue appears to be that the desktop app is not populating the chat sidebar, despite having access to the conversations through search.
Could you please investigate this issue or let me know if this is a known bug in version 26.707.72221?
