App Quits in Windows while codex tries to use inapp headless browser via its cmd

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

I can not see About Codex please update instruction of fix your app interface

What subscription do you have?

plus

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

Automatic app quit, Active task suspend, i manually reopened app to resume 5+ times till now sadly

Issue is mostly with codex and browser i feel

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Use codex inapp headless browser , get configured with other chrome and computer use mcp , the codex confuses maybe and crashes im not sure as idk how codex gets full browser use skill, but i think it still gets browser use after resuming when i reopen, btw i was on a /goal too

the exact step codex uses terminal to start browser app goes crashed maybe

the app should not quit

please solve immediately its critical bug disrupting workflow

also wasting tokens for this browser issue past months it still cant use browser properly consumes 70% tokens on it and just goes out of tokens on real product work and also 90% of tokens it use for tests and it takes less than 0.1% in real architectural planning
