What is the expected behavior?
expected behavior is that it should leave untouched rowes that are not being modified. and only mark as red removed and green added.
What do you see instead?
rowes maintained, are being marked as green even though they arlready existed.

The screenshot is from the IDE extension while you mention you use the CLI. Can you provide more information?
It seems related to how it samples and uses sed and such to find the 'chunks', I have noticed the same.
@aibrahim-oai sorry for the confusion, indeed is with an IDE extension, i have updated the issue to reflect that
This issue persists, and sometimes it can get to the point where it deletes the entire file and rewrites it. I’ve experienced this same behavior in different situations as well.
