I am requesting a refund review because Codex App was not usable for the task I requested.

The assistant repeatedly ignored explicit instructions for a video-editing task. It created or changed work that I did not request, then later gave contradictory statements about what it had done and whether it had permission to do it. It also requested permissions without clearly explaining why beforehand.

This caused repeated incorrect versions, wasted tokens, and a substantial loss of time. The assistant did not reliably follow the required order of work or keep to the requested scope.

Please review the conversation and my usage for a refund. I also ask that this behavior be investigated: unrequested actions, inconsistent claims about permissions, and failure to follow clear user instructions.
