Codex Desktop: show pending approval status in the Ctrl+Tab task switcher

What feature would you like to see?

The task switcher shown while using Ctrl+Tab to cycle through tasks should display a small status indicator next to any task that is waiting for a command or permission approval.

Codex already indicates an outstanding approval in the sidebar, but that state is not visible in the Ctrl+Tab task switcher. When many tasks are open, I can tell that something needs attention but cannot identify the blocked task from the switcher. I have to visit tasks one by one or return to the sidebar and find it there.

The switcher should reuse the existing approval/attention indicator, or another clearly distinguishable icon or badge, so the task requiring approval is identifiable before it is focused. The indicator should appear as soon as the approval becomes pending and disappear when the request is resolved.

A typical workflow is:

1. Run several tasks concurrently.
2. One task requests permission to run a command.
3. Press Ctrl+Tab to locate and focus the task that needs attention.
4. The switcher lists the tasks but does not show which one has the pending approval.

This becomes increasingly difficult as the number of open tasks grows. Showing the same attention state in both the sidebar and the keyboard task switcher would make approval requests discoverable without interrupting keyboard navigation.
