Powered by Codex & OWL Version 26.707.72221

ChatGPT Plus

What platform is your computer?

Windows 11 Pro, x64

What issue are you seeing?

Title:

I am using the new ChatGPT/Codex desktop application on Windows with the same ChatGPT Plus account that I use on ChatGPT Web.

None of my existing ChatGPT Web projects appear in the desktop application. The Projects section continues to display “No projects.”

Troubleshooting performed:

Confirmed that the desktop app recognizes my ChatGPT Plus account.
Created a new web project named “PRUEBA CODEX.”
Refreshed the desktop application.
Closed and restarted the application.
Checked for available updates.
Confirmed that the new test project also did not appear.

Expected behavior:

ChatGPT Web projects, including their chats, uploaded files, sources, and project instructions, should appear in the Projects view of the desktop application when using the same account.

Actual behavior:

The Projects view displays “No projects,” and there is no available option to import projects from ChatGPT Web manually.

Please verify whether project synchronization is enabled for my account or if this is a desktop application synchronization issue.
