Is your feature request related to a problem?
The entire Codex desktop app UI (menus, buttons, settings) is in English only.
Chinese-speaking users have difficulty navigating the interface.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add Chinese (Simplified) language support to the Codex desktop application UI,
including menu bars, side panels, settings pages, and contextual menus.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using translation tools to overlay Chinese text
• Asking the AI agent to translate UI elements verbally

Additional context
Chinese is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world,
and adding localization would greatly improve accessibility for Chinese-speaking developers.
