Browser and Chrome plugins are installed and enabled, but their control tools are not exposed to the task.

Local diagnostics show that node_repl initialized successfully with startup_complete=true and advertised tool_count=3. Both browser-client files exist, their SHA-256 matches the configured trusted hash, and there are no relevant startup warnings or errors. However, the task did not receive the required mcp__node_repl__js or tool-discovery capability, so neither @Browser nor @Chrome could be exercised.
Closing and restarting the app did not resolve it.
