Codex TUI does not fully redraw after Kitty automatically changes its
terminal palette following a system dark/light theme toggle.
Environment:
- codex-cli 0.144.5
- Kitty 0.47.4
- TERM=xterm-kitty
- Sway
- Kitty dark-theme.auto.conf and light-theme.auto.conf
Actual:
The composer retains stale colors until a focus/expose event causes it
to redraw. Some previous transcript rows may retain the old palette.

Additional information
Focusing out and back in reliably corrects the active composer.
