What issue are you seeing?

I'm unable to install Stripe plugin, despite been able to successfully login on the web.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Install Stripe plugin
2. Complete web login and permissions
3. Go back to Codex, it will show an error toast

What is the expected behavior?

Expect to be able to download Stripe plugin
