using gpt-5-high in some situations where i ask it to run commands, migrations, or things like that, it just freezes, no errors, nothing happens. i left it running for 40 minutes, and i don’t know if that counts against my limit, but nothing was showing in the cli after a while.

What is the expected behavior?

return me something, say it errored, show the error, say it can’t complete the task, or anything other than just freezing
