Codex CLI is incorrectly blocking benign prompts with a cybersecurity safety warning.
The issue occurs even with non-cybersecurity prompts such as:
HI
and:
？

Trusted Access identity verification is completed, and chatgpt.com/cyber shows:
“Your identity has been verified. Trusted Access is now enabled.”
However, Codex CLI still blocks benign prompts such as “HI” and “？”.
The issue persists in a new thread and after restarting Codex CLI. This appears to be either a false-positive cybersecurity classification or a Codex entitlement propagation/account provisioning issue.
Please verify whether my Trusted Access entitlement has been correctly propagated to Codex CLI and whether my account or session is being incorrectly classified.

What is the expected behavior?
Codex CLI should respond normally to benign, non-cybersecurity prompts such as:
HI
？
Summarize recent commits
The prompt should not trigger a cybersecurity safety block.
Because Trusted Access is already enabled for the account, Codex CLI should also recognize the associated entitlement correctly.
Expected result:
- The prompt is processed normally.
- A standard response is returned.
- No cybersecurity warning is shown.
- The same behavior is consistent across new threads and after restarting Codex CLI.
Additional information
Trusted Access identity verification is completed, and the Trusted Access page confirms:
“Your identity has been verified. Trusted Access is now enabled.”
I also signed out of Codex CLI, signed back in with the same ChatGPT account, started a new thread, and restarted the CLI, but the issue still persists.
The block is triggered by clearly benign prompts such as:
HI
？
Summarize recent commits
This suggests the issue is not related to the prompt content. It may be caused by a false-positive account/session classification, stale authentication state, or Trusted Access entitlement not being propagated correctly to Codex CLI.
