What issue are you seeing?

Usage Bug. I hit limit even it shows 38% weekly usage. Note that they disable the 5 hr limit.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I do not know. May be isolated case on my account

What is the expected behavior?

I hit usage limit even i have 38% weekly rate limit.
