Personalise menu only shows custom instructions for codex, not chatgpt

What issue are you seeing?
The chatgpt desktop app only shows preferences for codex, not for chatgpt when chatgpt is selected.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Select chatgpt mode
Open preferences settings
What is the expected behavior?
The preferences for ChatGPT should show when chatgpt is selected, or maybe a tabber to switch between them.
