Every time hovering on the thread name, app got stuck

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What issue are you seeing?

This only happen after I upgraded to the latest version.

Every time I hover on the thread name on left side bar, it got stuck for several seconds.

This issue is really annoying as I could not switch between threads quickly.

I see another issue #33169 but maybe not same thing. For me, the previous version was working correctly.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I do not know if it's because I got too many threads, but for me, it reproduces 100% after upgrading.

What is the expected behavior?
