Add adjustable chat width in the Codex desktop app

What feature would you like to see?

The Codex desktop app constrains chat messages to a narrow centered column even when the app window is very wide. This makes responses unnecessarily hard to read and makes tables particularly impractical.

Please add a chat-width preference, for example:

Reading (current behavior)

Wide

Full width

Ideally, wide tables could use the available workspace width while regular prose can remain comfortably readable.

This is distinct from terminal width/wrapping requests: it concerns the desktop app’s chat layout.
