Random disappearance of usage limit reset tokens

What issue are you seeing?

My Reset token said it expires today, but not when. My previous reset token expired at 10:40pm on the day it said it expired - I was going to use that one at 11:30pm before midnight when I guessed it would expire. It's 9:15pm right now, and mine just disappeared. I was waiting until 10pm to use it to ensure I got it before it expired. This is SO frustrating! I had two reset tokens disappear right before I used them and instead lost an entire reset! Please return them, and add the exact time these tokens will expire so I know when to use them! I was sitting at my desk, using Codex - no notification of a nearing expiration or anything.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

At least expire at the same time each day. I expected midnight when they were still there in the morning on the expire date. But random, undiscoverable times throughout the day is extremely frustrating. I literally scheduled my entire previous two days around using a reset token this evening...to have it unannounced evaporate underneath me.
