Windows: `/app` command fails to launch Codex Desktop from MSIX installation (Access Denied)

Description
On Windows, using /app from Codex CLI fails when trying to open the current session in Codex Desktop.
The CLI attempts to start Codex Desktop through the executable inside the WindowsApps MSIX installation directory, but Windows rejects the launch with an access denied error.
