Given that Codex CLI doesn't provide a lot of flexibility to work with multiple agents, it's common practice to run numerous instances, and it becomes very hard to keep track of what each is doing, having to resort to go one by one and type /title, which isn't even that reliable since sometimes agents change it themselves when they are assigned a task.
