Unified desktop app is missing a Codex Light icon option

Summary
After the recent unified ChatGPT/Codex desktop update, the app no longer appears to offer a true Codex Light icon option.
This is related to #28861, but it is not exactly the same issue. #28861 describes a case where a Codex Light option exists but renders like the Default icon. What I am seeing is that the unified app does not expose a true Codex Light icon/asset as a first-class choice.
Current behavior
- I can see/use a dark Codex icon.
- I cannot find a true Codex Light icon option in the app icon choices.
- The previous light Codex icon appears to be removed or inaccessible in the unified desktop app.
Expected behavior
- Restore Codex Light as a separate Dock/app icon option.
- The icon choices should include both Codex Light and Codex Dark.
- Codex and ChatGPT branding should each have clear light/dark icon options instead of only a partial mix, such as ChatGPT Light plus Codex Dark.
