New message queue request is ignored

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

Pro x20

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 24.6.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

In some threads I cannot add messages to the message queue, they are silently ignored without being recorded and without reporting any errors

What steps can reproduce the bug?

2. I click on Queue (or press Enter)

What is the expected behavior?

Message should be properly added to the message queue

Additional information

I am using SSH connection to a Linux box from a Mac desktop app on a Mac host (MBPr M1 Max 64GB)
