What issue are you seeing?
After every Codex update, the access mode is automatically reset to Full Access, even though I previously selected a more restrictive permission.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Install and use Codex.
- Change the access mode from Full Access to a more restrictive permission.
- Update the Codex app.
- Open Codex after the update.
- Observed: The access mode is automatically reset to Full Access.
What is the expected behavior?
Preserve the user's selected access mode across updates.
