What steps can reproduce the bug?

Feature request: Please enable pasting images from the Windows
clipboard (captured via Win+Shift+S) directly into Codex CLI’s
chat input. Right now, after taking a snip, pressing Ctrl+V
or right‑click paste in the CLI does nothing because the input
only accepts text. Desired behavior: when I press Win+Shift+S,
select a region, focus Codex CLI, and press Ctrl+V, the
screenshot is ingested, saved to a temp file, shown with
a small preview, and attached to the current message (with
sensible file naming, size limits, and a configurable save
directory). Acceptance: this flow works reliably on Windows 11
(Windows Terminal + PowerShell). Nice‑to‑have: support pasting
images copied from other apps and drag‑and‑drop, and document
limits/fallbacks.

What is the expected behavior?
