Bug macOS: Heavy Memory Usage + Codex.app repeatedly asks “would like to access data from other apps”

What issue are you seeing?

I'm using latest version of codex app it's currently consuming more than 10gb memory
Even when I exit the app it kept asking "it would like to access data from other apps" I did git it access but it kept reappearing

I thought it was due to hooks config issue
(loading hooks from both /Users/g-besoin/.codex/hooks.json and /Users/g-besoin/.codex/config.toml; prefer a single representation for this layer)
or some Apps/MCP/Plugins/Skills (because I do have a few I also use RTK )

Note that I also have the codex cli installed

but this is clearly a bug this issue start happening after upgrading
