Issue
When opening an image preview, the image preview close button (X) is positioned almost directly underneath the native Windows window close button.
This makes it easy to accidentally close the entire application instead of only closing the image preview.
Expected behavior
The image preview close button should not overlap or visually conflict with the native Windows window controls.
Actual behavior
The two close buttons overlap in the top-right corner, making them difficult to distinguish and click accurately.
A screenshot is available but could not be attached via this integration.

Still reproducible on Codex Desktop 26.715.7063.0 (x64) on Windows build 10.0.26200.8875. The image-preview close button remains directly beneath the native window close control, matching the original report. Moving the preview control left/down into a safe inset would avoid accidental app closes.
