What issue are you seeing?

"I started learning to use Codex yesterday, but I found that even though Context7 and MCP are all set up, Codex keeps searching the web over and over and won't proactively call the MCP server. It only calls codex.list_mcp_resources when I explicitly prompt it to. Claude Code, on the other hand, always gets it right on the first try and calls MCP immediately."
