Windows desktop app opens blank Work page instead of Codex project from web deep link

What issue are you seeing?

When I click “Open desktop app” from Codex web, the Windows ChatGPT desktop app opens a blank Work page instead of the Codex project.

There is no product selector or Codex entry in the sidebar. The sidebar only shows Work, New Chat, Recent, and Settings. Clicking Work does nothing.

The web version of Codex works normally. I am using the same account and same workspace in both web and desktop. Signing out and signing back in multiple times did not fix the issue.
