Document Update Proposal: Add Pixi with conda-forge as installation method

What is the issue?

I would like to add conda-forge channels with Windows (64 bit and ARM), OSX (intel and MX chips) and Linux supports to installation methods. It builds directly from this repo via rust, then ships its binary. Everything is automated so whenever a new release appears in github releases section, bot just pulls it and builds the binary. Honestly, i find it easier to install and control than npm as well. Using pixi with global installation method for this.
