What issue are you seeing?
When starting the new ChatGPT / Codex Application it begins to flicker and/or glitch. Sometimes going into a "Not Responding" state sometimes eventually stopping and I am able to use the application. This was not happening prior to the upgrade recently with the software.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Start the application
What is the expected behavior?
No flickering or glitching on startup of the application
