Signing in with ChatGPT Account asks for API orgnization - Works on Mac/Linux but Not windows

I'm trying to log in to Codex CLI on PowerShell (I got excited that there may be an easy-to-use windows native solution) but when I follow the oauth prompts, it has an additional page asking for Organization access. When I log in with the same account on Mac or Linux, I don't have this additional page, and it just logs in nicely. Why does the windows version need Organization/API access? Is there a workaround?

I tried looking at some of the open issues, but I wasn't able to find anything that outlines how to fix this.
