"request timed out" after I upgrade Codex Windows

After I upgrade my Codex for Windows, I can't get response from GPT.
It keeping reconnecting, and shows "request timed out" at the end.
Before the update, everything was normal, and the web version of ChatGPT works fine for me.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
