I have created some compile.sh, test.sh and format.sh script in my project, and codex always asks me if it can run them whenever I restart it. There should be a default allow list for these kind of commands that we expect codex to run.

Ah you mean that these should always be allowed and codex should not have to ask for approval for these? Have you tried --full-auto?
