Entire workflow turned upside down

Why on earth are you changing the entire functionality when updating the app:

• Opening a temporary chat used to work with "shift - command - N" on Apple, but now that no longer works and there is no other shortcut. Our company's entire workflow is now turned upside down.
• Deleting a chat is no longer possible; apparently, it now has to be done via: Settings - Data Controls - Archived Chats → Manage (if the chat was archived first). Only there can you permanently delete the chat.
• Why are you doing this? We are loyal customers, and the changes are not just a change of color, but a complete overhaul of the entire operation and workflow. This is unacceptable!
