[Codex App] Computer Use times out when accessing Apple Mail while Finder works

What issue are you seeing?
Computer Use can control Finder normally, but attempting to access Apple Mail never returns app state and eventually times out. The same Mail workflow worked a few days earlier. This prevents reading unread invoice/payment emails and safely updating the related Excel workbook.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Computer Use should return the Apple Mail window state and allow safe interaction with unread messages, as it did previously.
Additional information
Finder remains controllable, so the failure appears specific to the Codex Computer Use ↔ Apple Mail integration. No email state or Excel data was modified during the failed attempts.
