I am using ChatGPT macOS app version 26.715.52143 (Powered by Codex & OWL).

Hardware:

• MacBook Pro M1
• macOS Sequoia 15.7.7

Problem:
The Smart Snapshot shortcut does not work.

In Settings > Smart Snapshot:

• ⌘ + ⌘ enabled
• ⌥ + ⌥ tested
• ⇧ + ⇧ tested

None of them trigger screenshot capture.
There is no shutter sound and no screenshot is attached.

I have already tried:

• Enabled Screen Recording permission
• Enabled Input Monitoring permission
• Enabled Accessibility permission
• Restarted ChatGPT
• Restarted macOS
• Reinstalled Apple Silicon version of ChatGPT
• Verified ChatGPT Computer Use process is running in Activity Monitor

The feature appears enabled but the modifier-key shortcut listener does not respond.

Please investigate whether this is a compatibility issue between ChatGPT 26.715.52143 and macOS Sequoia 15.7.7.
