Can't create new task: deferred dynamic tool must include a namespace: automation_update

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What issue are you seeing?

Existing thread/task works, but every time when I'm trying to create a new task it shows this modal:
deferred dynamic tool must include a namespace: automation_update

What steps can reproduce the bug?

There's no session id, since it happens when I try to start a new task/caht.

What is the expected behavior?

_No response_

Additional information

I uninstalled the old codexApp, and this issue starts to showing up in the combined chatGPT app. I haved tried uninstall and re-install, but didn't help.
