Codex closes completely when I close an image that was opened from within the app

What issue are you seeing?

I see that whenever I close an opened image, the entire Codex client exits instead of just closing the image.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Launch the Codex application.
2. From the main interface, open any image file (e.g., using File > Open or by double‑clicking a thumbnail in the library).
3. Once the image is displayed in a separate view/tab, click the close button (the ‘X’ icon) on that image window, or press Ctrl+W (Windows/Linux) / Cmd+W (macOS) to close the image.
4. Observe that the entire Codex client exits immediately instead of returning to the main window.
