Can't change from chat mode to work mode

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

No idea where to find this? I'm using the ChatGPT Mac App

What issue are you seeing?

I'm trying to continue my chat in Work Mode but it keeps freezing and erroring when I try. It begins to open a new chat but if I try to open it it shows this error.

I didn't realise work mode was what I needed to use so I've been using chat mode for the past few days. At first I thought it was taking a while to load the past few days worth of messages across to work mode but it seems clear now that there's an issue. Could you have a look in to this for me please. Thanks
