Codex dies every time I hit ' in any app. it happened when I typed it in the title here. when it happens the apostrophe does not show up where I type it but instead the app closes. every single time. very hard to not use that character so it is really annoying.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
any time i hit an apostrophe no matter the app, codex desktop closes
