Windows Desktop: Unable to create a Chat inside a Project. Work and Projects integration appears inconsistent.

Summary
The Windows desktop application does not allow creating a new Chat inside an existing Project, although the same functionality is available on the web version.
Additionally, Work and Projects appear to have an integration issue. A Project can be selected when creating a Work session, but switching from Work to Chat loses the Project association.
Steps to reproduce
Issue 1 – Cannot create a Chat inside a Project
Open the Windows desktop application.
Select an existing Project.
Try to create a new Chat.
Observed:
There is no New Chat option inside the Project.
The Project context is not inherited.
Expected:
A new Chat should be created inside the selected Project, exactly as on the web version.
Issue 2 – Work / Projects integration
Press Ctrl+N.
A new Work session opens.
Select an existing Project.
Switch from Work to Chat.
Observed:
The Project association disappears.
Chat opens outside the selected Project.
Expected:
The Project context should persist when moving from Work to Chat.
Additional issue
While attempting to use a Project from Work, the application displayed the following error:
"No se pudo usar este proyecto para una tarea local."

This suggests that local Work execution is not properly integrated with Projects.
Additional observations
Existing Project chats synchronize correctly between the web application and the Windows desktop application.
Existing chats can be opened normally.
The issue only affects creating new chats and preserving Project context.
The web application behaves correctly.
Impact
Projects are intended to organize work into multiple conversations.
Without the ability to create a new Chat directly inside a Project, Windows users must:
Open the web application.
Create the new Chat there.
Return to the desktop application.
This breaks the workflow and makes the desktop experience inconsistent with the web version.
