When I try to run Gpt 4.1-mini in auto mode I does not modify any files and I get "Direct patching is rejected currently" in console.

Could you share a bit more information about the output and exact error encountered to make it easier for folks to debug and fix? Ty!
I have not seen the error today when I tested.
