[Desktop][macOS and Windows 10] Built-in browser Performance settings page fails to load

What issue are you seeing?

This issue is in the Codex Desktop App, not Codex CLI.

The Performance page in the built-in browser settings does not load. Instead, it shows a grey page with a small sad file icon.

The same issue happens on macOS and Windows 10.

Restarting Codex does not resolve the problem. I also checked the recent Codex Desktop logs, but found no entries mentioning the Performance settings page, an internal settings URL, or a corresponding page-load error.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the Codex Desktop App.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Browser.
4. Open Site settings.
5. Click Manage.
6. Open Additional content settings.
7. Open Performance.

What is the expected behavior?

The Performance settings page should open normally.

If this page is not supported by the built-in browser, it should not be shown in the settings menu.

Additional information

Restarting the application does not fix the issue.
