copilot chat extension prevents codex from starting up

What issue are you seeing?

My codex extension cannot normally start and it always stuck at the loading icon. But copilot chat can read and open codex sessions.

After disabling copilot AI features, codex extension works smoothly...

I am not sure if this is a known conflict. But i decide to post it here because it not caused by ulimit.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

By installing copilot chat and codex.
