After a small update this afternoon, I realize that the 2 times of chances to reset my usage limit were disappearing. I cannot even see it in setting. even after I restart my computer.
The setting just said "fail to reload".
What steps can reproduce the bug?
The chances just disappear, and I cannot see it at all now.
