The “Complete Windows setup” page is stuck.
Both “Retry Windows setup” and “Continue with limited access” do not invoke
the sandbox setup backend.
UAC was approved successfully. The previous sandbox.log contains:
errors=[]
setup binary completed
read ACL run completed
SUCCESS: powershell.exe
After renaming both .codex\.sandbox and .codex\.sandbox-bin, clicking Retry
does not recreate either directory and produces no new sandbox.log.
Repair, Reset, reinstall, Run as administrator, and both elevated/unelevated
config values have already been tested.
