Clock widget renders almost completely black in Chat mode

What issue are you seeing?

In the Codex app, when using Chat mode instead of Coding mode, the clock/time widget renders almost completely black. The text and most clock elements have extremely low contrast and are barely visible.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Codex app in Chat mode.
2. Ask for the current time so the clock widget appears.
3. The widget is nearly solid black and unreadable.

Expected behavior

The clock widget should be readable in the current light theme.
