- Start VS Code normally.
- Open Codex panel.
- Panel remains indefinitely on the ChatGPT logo.
- Developer: Reload Window does not help.
- Open Help → Toggle Developer Tools.
- Run Developer: Reload Window.
- Codex panel loads successfully.
