What issue are you seeing?
My token resets I was given have expiration dates on them and two are in the same week this month. If these are supposed to be monthly resets, then they should be guaranteed a full month when they are given.
When I had used one of my resets in the chat and it was low, it gave me an option to push the button to use my reset, but it seems it used one of my newest resets and not one of my older ones. And so now I'm seeing I have two resets expiring this week and that's not right. Obviously a user clicking the button in their chat to use the reset would expect that the oldest one would be used, not one of their newer ones that had time on it. And now i have two about to expire when it should've used one of those. That's not okay! I feel robbed of that.
Also, i don't remember seeing expiration dates on those. When did that get added? There's no way I just didn't notice those expiration dates the entire time. As I recall before it just said how many resets we had available. Not telling customers when you added reset expirations on them is shady.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Get near the end of your weekly usage in the desktop UI. When it gives you a prompt to use your reset, click the button to use it.
What is the expected behavior?
It should default to using your oldest reset, not one of your newer ones.
Additional information
It would be great if you could please restore one of those resets or replace one of the older ones with a new one that has more time on it again.
