What issue are you seeing?

Hi there. Good afternoon.

I am trying to load a chat on my browser + desktop app = the only one I have that I share with another person, a chat called "Inventario Regina - Camila". I can still load and keep it going on my phone, but on my computer browser I cannot select it - it does not load and shows a error msg "Content failed to load", even though I can at least read the tittle on the toogle sidebar; on my desktop app I cannot see even the chat on my toogle sidebar list.

I hope you're able to fix it, since I need to work on this one, please and thank you so much!
