Feature request: show microphone and Voice-output mute state on the floating Voice control

Please show clear, persistent status indicators on the floating ChatGPT Voice control in the Codex/ChatGPT desktop app for both microphone input and ChatGPT’s voice output.

What the indicators should answer

At a glance, the user should be able to tell:

• whether ChatGPT Voice can currently hear them, including whether their microphone is muted; and
• whether they have muted ChatGPT’s spoken voice output.

Suggested behavior

• Display a microphone icon that clearly reflects whether Voice is listening or the user is muted.
• Display a speaker icon that clearly reflects whether ChatGPT’s voice output is muted.
• Keep both indicators visible on the compact floating Voice control, not only in the expanded conversation view.
• Make each state understandable without relying on colour alone.
